Description We are seeking a Business Analyst, Assoc located in Miami Lakes, Florida. This role is centered in the industry, focusing on conducting operational analyses to support informed decision-making. The selected candidate will be working on cross-functional projects to drive impactful change within our business unit. This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting qualitative and quantitative research to support informed decision making within the business unit.

• Working on small to medium special projects, process design, and modification.

• Developing and executing test scripts for application testing processes for both internal and external applications.

• Collaborating with IT and other business units to resolve technical issues in real time and conducting root cause analysis.

• Ensuring all processes are well documented and maintained accurately.

• Building a strong understanding of technical solutions being delivered, analyzing and determining failure points in the solution.

• Becoming a subject matter expert in all billing options to effectively support the operation and projects.

• Defining requirements, troubleshooting, and managing projects of varying scope and complexity.

• Ensuring seamless experiences for our customers through effective support and management. Requirements • Demonstrated experience in customer service

• Proficiency in establishing and managing procedures

• Solid background in project management

• Ability to support workstation setup and maintenance

• Experience with billing and financial processes

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively

• Proven track record in successful onboarding and staffing processes

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience in dealing with suppliers and managing supplier relationships

• Familiarity with Agile methodology

• Proven ability to lead special projects

• Experience with commission functions

• Comfortable with onsite work

• Strong decision-making abilities

• Experience managing an expense account

• Understanding of business unit operations

• Ability to perform quantitative analysis

• Experience in creating and executing validation plans

• Familiarity with end-to-end process management

• Knowledge of real-time systems is a plus
