Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a UX Designer to join one of our largest financial clients. You will be joining the Value organization responsible for all prepaid and Value brands. This team focuses on customer experience, with teams of digital operations, UX design and experience management. Day to day the UX designer will be responsible for investigating user experience design requirements for the suite of digital assets. Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand. Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes. Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets. As well as testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages. We are seeking an individual with experience working in a fast-paced environment with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Skills and Requirements

3-5 years of work experience with user centric design

Knowledge of high-fidelity prototyping and testing experiences

Experience with Figma

Experience with Conversational Design or Natural Language for IVR, Chatbot and similar null
