Robert Half Tenant Coordinator in Miami, Florida

Description

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Tenant Coordinator to oversee the administration and operation of our residential properties in the Miami area. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the property management team and tenants, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through excellent customer service.

Job duties:

  • Manage tenant inquiries and concerns, providing appropriate solutions in a professional and timely manner.

  • Collaborate with property management team to ensure smooth move-ins and move-outs.

  • Handle invoicing duties such as generating tenant invoices, tracking payments, ensuring prompt payment, and resolving any discrepancies.

  • Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely and satisfactory completion.

    Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further training will be a plus.

  • Proven experience as a tenant coordinator or in a similar role in property management.

  • Exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and regulations.

  • Proficiency in using property management software.

  • Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask various priorities.
