job summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our team in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving shipments, signing paperwork upon receipt, and ensuring the accuracy of deliveries. You will also need to contact suppliers or shippers if any discrepancies are found and maintain accurate records to assist with inventory control. INTERVIEW AT THE CLIENT SITE Key Responsibilities: Receive shipments and verify the accuracy of incoming orders. Sign off on deliveries and ensure paperwork is properly completed. Communicate with suppliers or shippers to resolve any issues or mistakes. Maintain accurate records to support inventory control processes. Perform tasks that require bending, lifting, standing, and walking. Requirements: Must be fluent in Spanish to effectively communicate with clients. Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping. Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting and moving packages. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

salary: $16/hr

work hours: 7:00AM to 7:00PM

qualifications:

• up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)

• Build, wrap, sort pallets

• Inspect quality and defects of products

• Packing & Labeling product according to specifications

• Operate RF scanner

• Verify quality & quantity according to order and invoices

• Operate hand truck/dolly

• Label deliveries and allocate designated locations

• Inspect material supplies and inventory

• Unload and inspect packages for damage

dress code:

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
