Job Description:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis as the customer service representative.

• Assist customers/clients over the phone and via email regarding their accounts and any inquiries they may have.

• Update customer accounts and input new or updated data.

• Follow up with customers on specific needs as the customer service representative.

  Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service or call center experience.

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Detail-oriented and well-organized.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
