Office Operations Rockstar Wanted! Do you wear many hats and thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking a dynamic Office Manager & Purchasing Specialist to join our team and support a growing company! In this multifaceted role, you'll be the linchpin of our daily operations, handling everything from purchasing office supplies and negotiating vendor contracts to assisting with HR tasks and onboarding new employees. Your organizational skills, communication magic, and ability to juggle multiple priorities will be key to success!
salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
Purchasing:
Purchase office and job-related items, process paperwork with HQ.
Develop relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Research and test new production materials.
Maintain and report inventory on Excel spreadsheets.
Coordinate project-specific packaging with suppliers.
Office Administration:
Coordinate payment of office-related invoices with HQ.
Organize travel and accommodations for clients and visitors.
HR Responsibilities:
Assist employees with HR information and onboarding.
Supervise punch system and track time-off requests.
Finance Responsibilities:
- Send and verify invoices, manage expense reports.
Requirements:
Background in manufacturing, experience with luxury retail is a plus.
Minimum 2+ years experience.
Solid experience with quickbooks, MS word, Excel, Smartsheet.
Attention to details is critical as well as to follow directions.
English and Spanish required.
