Xponential Fitness Mental Health Assessor Miami Dade in Miami, Florida

MG Care is looking for Licensed clinicians to conduct assessments in Miami Dade and Broward.   The Intake Assessor is responsible for conducting initial assessments on new clients for all clinical programs as directed by the Clinical Director. This individual is responsible for coordinating and scheduling all intake appointments and obtain all necessary consent forms.   The principal functions of the position identified shall not be considered as a complete description of all the work requirements and expectations that may be inherent in the position. Responsible for administrative duties related to intake/assessment activities. Reviews and responds to electronic and hand written mail, memoranda and other correspondence and responds to phone inquiries timely (within 24-hours or next available business day) and in a professional manner. Responsible for treatment planning in collaboration with the client and clinical team Responsible for documenting written case/progress notes Responsible for developing and maintaining client records in a timely manner and in accordance with Espiga Health’s Policy and Procedures and Medicaid standards Responsible for communicating with school, psychiatrist, pediatrician, and other professionals working with the client’s case Responsible for attending mandatory staff meetings Responsible for sharing all concerns with direct supervisor Responsible for contributing to the promotion and understanding of multi-cultural differences in the workplace and in the field Responsible for practicing in accordance to the highest clinical standards and ethical standards of the mental health profession Job Type: Contract * Temporarily remote
