Description

We are seeking a Bilingual Spanish Member Services Representative for a contract-to-hire position in Miami, Florida. This role offers the opportunity to provide key support across multiple departments in a dynamic banking environment, where adaptability and initiative are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide bilingual support in Spanish to effectively serve a wide range of clients.

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely manner.

  • Utilize banking software to process transactions, update records, and maintain accurate client information.

  • Assist the loan department by processing applications and maintaining proper documentation.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service in the client services department, ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Manage reception duties, including handling incoming calls, emails, and other communications.

  • Use CRM and Epic software to manage customer relationships and optimize workflows.

  • Process cash transactions and checks, adhering to compliance and accuracy standards.

  • Support the lending team with loan processing and responding to customer inquiries.

  • Perform billing and benefit-related tasks with attention to detail and timeliness.

This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to providing excellent service in a banking environment.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Avaya CMS and various banking software systems

  • Skilled in efficiently navigating multiple computer programs

  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools

  • Familiarity with Epic software for workflow management

  • Proven ability to professionally handle inbound calls promptly and courteously

  • Knowledge of billing processes and benefits administration

  • Expertise in managing cash transactions with accuracy and responsibility

  • Experience in check processing and adherence to financial protocols

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Strong customer service orientation, delivering outstanding support

  • Effective problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure

  • Capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and managing time efficiently

  • Highly professional with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

  • Able to thrive in a collaborative team environment

  • Exceptional organizational skills and focus on precision
