Willis Towers Watson Junior Media Analyst in Miami, Florida

Summary - Jr Media Analyst - Omni Direct

Omni Direct is a leading U.S. Hispanic, full-service, direct response media & marketing company of TRANZACT & Willis Towers Watson.

This position will support the Media and Marketing departments in managing and analyzing media and sales data; compiling regular ROI and media effectiveness reports; formulating and presenting insights and recommendations to client and media buying group. The role will also support account management activities on an as needed bases.

Responsibilities Include ;

Regular reporting and in-depth analysis of media placement ROI efficiency on multiple campaigns.

Integrate, monitor and report media results from call center, web site and retail sales data.

Research and analyze media results, current media landscape as well as programming and response trends in order to formulate insights for media planning and overall client and budget recommendations.

Interact regularly with account management team, vendors and clients to identify, manage and present campaign results and overall recommendations

Assist in developing various client research requests and client / prospect presentations.

Evaluate web site and audit call center activities and trends on multiple campaigns in order to troubleshoot and identify improvement opportunities.

May periodically assist in media planning; media placement trafficking: place orders and upload station data into media system; traffic media masters; coordinate and track media placement on a regular basis

Expanded responsibilities can be considered depending on candidates demonstrated qualification.

Design and maintain Tableau-based dashboards and reports that support ongoing decision making within the organization with a high level of quality and accuracy.

Work directly with Account Managers to communicate and define reporting requirements.

Critical skill sets include :

  • High proficiency in spreadsheet/business analytics

  • Demonstrated financial and business acumen

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, team player

  • MS Office applications

  • Basic Experience with Tableau

  • Python, R, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics and SQL is a bonus

  • Data validation, analysis and visualization

  • High comfort level working with structured and unstructured data

  • Familiar with all aspects of data wrangling, data cleansing, de-duplication, joining and other processing tasks

  • Bilingual (Spanish / English) proficiency preferred but not required

  • Bachelor degree required

  • Minimum 2 years experience in media planning, financial analytics or other related field.

  • Miami Shores, office based.
