Kforce Junior Business Analyst / Tester in Miami, Florida
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Junior Business Analyst/Tester in Miami, FL. This position supports the project work for billing and payments options. Responsibilities are complex and vary in nature.Responsibilities Include:
Junior Business Analyst/Tester serves as Product Owner on billing and payment related project in support of merger activates
Will support project requirements gathering and documenting including creating process flows
Creates test cases scripts, prepare test scenarios in SAP billing system and document test results
Will work with IT on fixing identified failed test cases
Can lead triage between vendors and company teams to trouble shoot system issues
As a Junior Business Analyst/Tester, you will support implementation of system changes and will monitor post-production deployment
Mentors and trains lower-level Business Analyst and operational staff
SAP FICA knowledge is a plus
High School diploma/GED
Experience: 2-3 years
Strong testing background
Experience with documenting and executing detail test scripts
Strong bias for action to report identified defects quickly and clearly
Working closely with SMEs to gain clarity and update documentation where needed
Experience with Agile methodology
Strong written and verbal communications
Jira and Qmetry experience is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
