We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced "Hybrid / Event Project Manager" to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events for a Dance Company. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that each event meets its objectives and exceeds expectations. Responsibilities
Event Planning & Strategy: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand event objectives, develop event concepts, and create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Project Management: Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, catering, audiovisual equipment, and transportation.
Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and the event stays within financial parameters.
Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the event planning process.
Team Coordination: Lead and coordinate the efforts of cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and creative, to ensure successful event execution.
On-Site Management: Supervise event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring that all elements run smoothly and addressing any issues that arise.
Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event debriefs with clients and internal teams, gathering feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all events comply with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
Vendor & Partner Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners, negotiating contracts and ensuring the best quality and pricing.
