Description

Dynamic company seeking and eagerly motivate Financial Analyst to join their team. The follow task are expected to be performed while in this role:

Budgeting & Forecasting Support:

• Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts for the parent company and its reporting entities.

• Focus on key financial statements: income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Financial Modeling & Insights:

• Develop and maintain financial models that track essential business metrics.

• Provide actionable insights to senior management to support decision-making.

• Ensure models reflect key assumptions and business drivers.

Long-Range Planning & Presentations:

• Prepare and present long-range financial plans to senior management.

• Highlight key assumptions, business drivers, and their impact on future performance.

Variance Analysis & Commentary:

• Draft detailed commentary on significant operating variances, including analysis of discrepancies against financial benchmarks and performance metrics.

Executive Reporting & Communication:

• Contribute to the preparation of quarterly reports for the Audit Committee and Board of Directors.

• Focus on communicating key operating results, business strategies, and growth opportunities.

Business Development & Investor Relations:

• Support the Business Development and Investor Relations teams in initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions (M& A), capital raising, and other strategic activities.

Valuation & Ad-hoc Financial Requests:

• Prepare financial valuation models, especially in relation to potential acquisitions or capital investments.

• Manage and respond to ad-hoc financial requests as they arise.

degree in Finance

5+yrs exp.
