Description We are seeking an Entry Level Accountant to join our team in Miami, Florida. As an Entry Level Accountant, you will be responsible for handling a range of accounting tasks, from processing accounts payable and receivable, to carrying out account reconciliation and data entry tasks. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity and is ideally suited to those skilled in full cycle accounting, account reconciliation, and proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle accounting tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Conduct regular analysis to ensure financial accuracy

• Perform account reconciliation tasks for both bank and accounts receivable

• Handle matching and batching processes in relation to purchase orders

• Utilize Excel for various tasks, including the use of pivot tables and vlookups

• Perform data entry tasks as required for accounting processes

• Ensure adherence to established Accounting Principles in all tasks

• Utilize Excelsius and MS Excel software for various accounting tasks

• Assist in the regular review and processing of customer credit applications

• Maintain accurate customer credit records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate. Requirements • Possession of a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field

• Minimum of one year of experience in an accounting role

• Proficiency in accounting entries and principles

• Experience with full cycle accounting

• Knowledge of pivot table and Excel

• Familiarity with Excelsius and MS Excel

• Proven ability to perform account reconciliation

• Experience in batching

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
