Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Inventory/Supply Chain Management Consultant with expertise in SAP-EDI and SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration). The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing EDI processes related to inventory and supply chain operations. This role will focus on optimizing processes, ensuring smooth integration of systems, and leveraging SAP tools to enhance operational efficiency. Familiarity with Idoc integration for messages such as 850 (Purchase Orders), 856 (Advance Ship Notices), and 810 (Invoices) is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize inventory and supply chain processes by utilizing SAP-EDI Idoc systems for handling key EDI messages, including 850 (Purchase Orders), 856 (Ship Notices), and 810 (Invoices).

• Map EDI messages to SAP Idocs and vice versa, ensuring accurate data exchange and seamless integration within the supply chain system.

• Utilize SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) to manage and improve integration processes between supply chain systems and EDI platforms.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve EDI-related issues, optimizing supply chain efficiencies.

• Maintain and update EDI configurations, documentation, and integration settings to ensure uninterrupted operations.

• Analyze supply chain data to inform decision-making and improve inventory management processes.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in EDI and supply chain management.

  Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory/supply chain management with a focus on SAP-EDI processes.

Expertise in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) and EDI mapping.

Experience with Idoc integration for messages like 850 (Purchase Orders), 856 (Ship Notices), and 810 (Invoices).

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, team-based environment.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.

Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in supply chain management and EDI.
