Description:

Privately-owned, locally-operated solid waste disposal and recycling company. We are experiencing explosive growth and with growth comes opportunity. We are currently adding Diesel Technicians to our team to support the growth.

Performs preventative and routine maintenance on construction heavy equipment, tractors, trailers, light duty trucks (which will include the use of diagnostic equipment)

Diagnose cause of malfunctions and performs repairs from preventative maintenance up to component replacements

Diagnoses and troubleshoots general vehicle and construction heavy equipment operating systems

Documents work performed, prepares vehicle records and reports in writing and electronically

Works with other technicians or independently in performing preventative maintenance and repairs

Performs necessary adjustments in equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations and prepares required safety documentation

Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures

Must have meet all qualification as a Class B Technician for advancement eligibility to Technician Level A

Medium/Heavy Truck Master ASE Certification

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Medium/Heavy Truck Master ASE Certification

Class A CDL Preferred

1st shift 2:30 am - 10:30 am

2nd shift 3:00 pm - 12:00 am
