Robert Half is currently seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk for a client located in the vibrant Miami area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in a dynamic work environment with a reputable company.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately inputting and updating data into the company's database

• Verifying the accuracy of information before entering it into the system

• Performing regular data quality checks and identifying discrepancies

• Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information

• Assisting with generating reports and preparing documents as needed

• Collaborating with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency

• Responding to data inquiries and providing support to other departments as required

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
