Mercury Z Customer Service Representative(Bilingual) in Miami, Florida

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to manage inbound/outbound calls and assist customers.

This is a remote, work from home position.

Candidates must have their own computer and internet connection.

Candidates must be able to speak English and Spanish fluently.

Pay rate $13/hr

25-30 hrs/week

Multiple shifts available between 8am EST and 11pm EST Monday through Saturday

Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

  • Follow communication ?scripts? when handling different topics

  • Identify customers? needs, clarify information, research issues and provide solutions

  • Schedule appointments if necessary

  • Navigate computer programs and/or databases

  • Data entry

  • Maintain electronic files

  • May be required to perform additional duties and tasks as required by the Company

Basic Qualifications

  • Excellent English skills, both written and verbal

  • Spanish speaking skills, both written and verbal

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Good PC skills

  • Strong multitasking and time management skills

  • Great attention to detail
