ADP Business Intelligence Manager in Miami, Florida
ADP is hiring a Business Intelligence, Manager for the newly formed HR Outsourcing (HRO) Analytics organization. We’re looking for a manager with experience in business intelligence, creating easy to interpret visualizations, and the ability to tell the story through presentations that make data come to life through actionable insights. This role is an individual contributor who supports leaders to make data driven decisions. The BI Manager will report to the Director of Business Intelligence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO: Key Responsibilities:
Learn business processes and requirements to more effectively generate insights and visualizations
Develop visualizations and generate insights that provoke thoughts/actions that lead to results
Interact with business partners to confirm information for accuracy as needed
Adhere to newly formed BI standards of excellence to help establish the trusted HRO Analytics brand
Design, develop, and implement intuitive dashboards designed for easy consumption by business
Coach business partners on how to utilize dashboards with a focus on end-user ease of usability
Identify and interpret trends and patterns in complex datasets
Excellent communication and story-telling skills with ability to present complex concepts to management, team members and non-technical audiences in a simple, easy to understand way
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Feel very comfortable operating in ambiguity and in a “start-up” environment
Proactive self-starter requiring minimal guidance with ability to meet deadlines and operate in a fast-paced environment
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Business Analytics, Business Management, Finance, Management Science, Mathematics, or technical/business related fields.
4+ years experience in Business Intelligence/Analytics
Advanced proficiency in Alteryx, Tableau or Power BI and Excel
Experience with relational databases
Advanced proficiency in executing ETL processes with little to no supervision using a combination of SQL, Python, and/or Alteryx
Experience accessing and working with large data sources/models
Strong business acumen through presentation and visualization skills as well as generating insights
Technical expertise in database development, data mining, and segmentation techniques
This is a hybrid role out of our Miami, FL office.
BONUS POINTS FOR THESE : Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree in analytics, MBA, or similar field
Advanced competency in SQL with ability to perform joins, unions, subqueries, and use CTEs
Technology or management consulting experience from MBB/Big4 or Fortune 500 company
Change management and large-scale transformation experience
Experience working in agile teams preferred
