Job Description: Business Development - Lumber Industry- Must be English/Spanish Bilingual

Location: Miami, FL (Remote with Daily Outside Sales)

Starting Pay: $70,000 per year plus commission plus Benefits

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development professional to join our team in the lumber industry. This remote position requires frequent travel for outside sales within the Miami area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of the lumber market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the customer base and increase revenue.

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the lumber industry.

  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in business development or sales, preferably in the lumber industry.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for sales calls.
