salary: $24 - $26 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Receive guests and answer phones directing questions or problems to the appropriate individual.

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

  • Receive and distribute daily mail and deliveries and packages

  • Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents.

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, rooms, and catering arrangements as needed.

  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.

  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Assist in the coordination of office events and gatherings.

  • Ensure reception area and conference rooms are tidy and presentable.

  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.

  • Perform a variety of daily administrative plant duties as required by the plant manager, accounting (e.g. purchase orders, AP and Invoices.
