Job Summary: The Purchasing Administrative Assistant is responsible for efficiently supporting and coordinating various administrative tasks, including purchases, invoicing, and logistics. This role requires professionalism, service orientation, and proactivity, while ensuring compliance with legal and management requirements.
Qualifications:
Education: Higher University Technician in Administration
Experience: 1-3 years in purchasing, treasury, accounting, and fiscal areas.
Skills:
bilingual (English/Spanish)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge in Purchasing, Logistics, Public Relations
Desirable: SQF and GMP knowledge

Responsibilities
Workflow & Office Management: Maintain smooth workflow, organize and update office files, handle correspondence, and assist visitors.
Purchasing: Coordinate domestic and international purchases for raw materials, supplies, equipment, and special projects. Evaluate and manage purchase requests, analyze quotes, issue Purchase Orders, and maintain supplier relationships.
Logistics Coordination: Manage logistics for deliveries and pickups, ensuring efficient transportation and adherence to sales and customer requirements.
Vendor Management: Maintain vendor database, evaluate new suppliers, verify product receipt, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Collaboration: Work closely with various departments (Admin, Quality Control, Finance, Sales) to align purchasing, logistics, and operational needs.
