Job Title: Avionics Technician

Job Description

Perform Avionics Repair and Installation on Airbus and (some) Boeing aircraft. Work to written or verbal instructions. Perform all work assigned in accordance with approved maintenance procedures. Record work performed and assume responsibility for that work as indicated by your signature. Use blueprints, schematics, technical drawings, and maintenance manuals in performance of assigned duties. Heavy Maintenance.

Hard Skills

• FCC certification highly preferred

• A and/or P certification highly preferred

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, work instructions, blueprints, and drawings

• Basic understanding of CFR part 145 repair station operations

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Miami, Florida

Work Environment

Work is conducted at the Miami International Airport hangar, with shifts available including days and nights. Shift patterns include three 12-hour shifts followed by one 6-hour shift, with options for Wednesday to Saturday or Sunday to Wednesday. Additional shifts specifically for work on 767 aircraft are also available on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Shift: Days and Nights open- 6pm to 7am or 6am - 7pm.
