Citibank, N.A. seeks an Associate Banker Senior Manager for its Miami, Florida location.

Duties: Deepen client relationships and promote Citi’s unique wealth management products and services developed specifically for Latin American clients and Brazilian client segments. Work closely with clients to provide a high level of sales and product experience, and support bankers in delivering quality financial solutions and services in compliance with banking policies, procedures, and countries legal/ regulatory requirements. Create, organize, and implement a wealth management strategy designed to deepen relationships with existing clients. Participate in client prospect meetings, identifying network referrals, assisting with profiling, qualifying and converting prospects into Citi Private Bank clients. Assist with sophisticated cross-border investments and liability structuring. Identify client’s needs and sales opportunities and partner with the appropriate product specialists in Brazil and the US to deliver the best solutions available. Onboard clients and serve as first reviewer on account opening to facilitate onboarding process. Provide accurate and timely revenue tracking and deal pipeline reports. Act as the primary contact for selected client relationships and leverage banking tools, systems, and investments strategies in furtherance of private bank’s overall strategy in Brazil. Provide complete service support to the client, including solving complex client inquiries. Create tailored investments proposals for offshore accounts, according to client’s investment needs. Communicate with different product specialist areas in order to deliver a holistic approach with the investment proposal.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field and 7 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as an Associate Banker, Control Analyst, or related position involving providing support for wealth management services within the financial services industry. 7 years of experience must include: Working within Brazilian, U.S. and Global Financial Markets; Portfolio management including review, client profiling and banker client base administration; Full understanding of U.S. and Brazil financial systems, operational procedures, legal and regulatory frameworks, fiscal and public financing policies, and specific instruments and their tax implications; and Knowledge of Financial securities trading, including bonds, equities, mutual funds, alternative investments (Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Real Estate), capital markets (Structured Products and Derivatives). 6 years of experience must include: Analyzing financial information of companies, sectors, industries, and countries for portfolio diversification and new client business development; Providing investment and estate planning advice services to Brazilian clients, advising on different trust structures, offshore entities and succession planning; Interpreting data on price, yield, stability, future investment-risk trends, and economic influence factors affecting valuation on financial instruments; and Presenting investment strategies to clients.
