Job Description

The Amenities & Catering Manager will oversee all aspects of hospitality services including catering, micro market management and office coffee. This manager will be responsible for delivering exclusive attention to all aspects of hospitality including ordering, receipt, set up & breakdown of all catering while also ensuring that the micro markets and office coffee areas are consistently maintained.

Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate every step in the process of catering including ordering, receiving, set up & breakdown.

• Ensure that the variety, high quality & specific dietary and allergen requirements are fulfilled while keeping meals fresh & exciting

• Maintain continuous communication with meeting organizer ensuring all expectations are met.

• Develop and maintain effective client & customer rapport

• Ensure compliance with all food, occupational, and environmental safety policies

• Manage the ordering, delivery and stocking of items for the micro markets & office coffee areas

• Maintain all aspects of the micro markets and office coffee areas

Qualifications

• Prior Management or supervisory experience preferred

• Requires a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in logistics or related tasks

• Bachelor?s Degree preferred

• Client interaction, communication, organization/time management, multi-tasking and computer skills are critical to the success of this role.?

• The ability to work efficiently and independently

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; specifically, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
