Robert Half is currently seeking an Administrative Leasing Agent to support one of our clients located in the vibrant Miami area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong administrative skills and a passion for real estate to join a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with leasing activities, including responding to inquiries, scheduling property tours, and preparing leasing documents.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leasing transactions and tenant information.

• Coordinate lease renewals, terminations, and move-in/move-out processes.

• Collaborate with property management team to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.

• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about local real estate trends and competition.

• Prepare reports and presentations as needed for leasing meetings and presentations.

• Provide administrative support to leasing agents, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.

• Assist with marketing efforts, including creating property listings, managing social media accounts, and organizing promotional events.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Previous experience in administrative support or leasing role is advantageous.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
