Description

We are in the process of recruiting a detail-oriented Accounts Payable individual to join our team located in Miami, Florida. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of handling all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable, including analysis, account reconciliation, invoice entry, and data entry. This role also involves proficiency in Microsoft Excel, especially in pivot tables and vlookups. The position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full cycle accounting operations including both accounts payable and receivable.

• Perform analysis of financial data.

• Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Execute matching and batching of financial documents.

• Oversee and manage purchase orders.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, including the use of pivot tables and vlookups.

• Ensure accurate and efficient data entry of accounting information.

• Adhere to and apply accounting principles in all financial operations.

• Monitor and manage vendor invoices, ensuring accurate processing.

• Maintain an organized and up-to-date record of all accounting entries.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Accounts Payable role

• Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) operations

• Skilled in Invoice Entry and Processing Vendor Invoices

• Ability to accurately Enter Vendor Invoices

• Knowledge of Accounting Entries and Principles

• Familiarity with Pivot Table usage

• Proficiency in Excel functions and applications
