Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Miami, Florida. The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic team, focusing on data entry, invoice coding, and assisting with other accounting tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process invoice payments and coding into the system

• Handle various accounting documentation with precision

• Organize files and maintain a systematic filing system for the accounting department

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and record keeping

• Ensure all accounts payable activities are carried out in a timely manner

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues as they arise. Requirements

• Entry-level position, no prior experience required, although experience in a similar role is beneficial.

• Proficiency in data entry is essential.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Experienced with Oracle is a PREFERRED

Bilingual- Spanish or Italian is a STRONG PLUS

• Strong organizational skills are required, particularly in managing and organizing files.

• Must have the ability to handle invoice coding accurately and efficiently.

• Should be able to manage invoice payment procedures effectively.

• Experience in invoice processing is desirable.

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) processes is crucial.
