This position offers an excellent opportunity to understand the financial operations in a fast-paced and growing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the accounting department, performing routine bookkeeping tasks and maintaining organized and updated financial records.

• Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and tracking of all payment activities.

• Monitor and track construction project expenses, ensuring accurate cost allocation records.

• Prepare and update financial spreadsheets, reports, and statements.

• Help prepare for audits and provide necessary assistance to external auditors.

• Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations at all times.

• Work closely with the accounting team to establish and maintain financial policies and procedures.

  Requirements

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Prior experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction industry.

• Proficiency in accounting software, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

• Excellent numeracy skills with an ability to spot numerical errors.

• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices.
