Our client in the Miami Beach area is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of their multi-property organization, which includes restaurants, hotels, real estate properties, and entertainment venues. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing operations in the hospitality industry, with a particular focus on venues that offer both food and entertainment. This is a permanent opportunity with a competitive benefits package, opportunity for growth and a positive working environment. Responsibilities

• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively across multiple companies.

• Manage and track key performance indicators across all companies.

• Operational prowess and excellent negotiation and collaboration skills.

• Oversee Daily Operations: Manage all aspects of restaurant operations across multiple properties, including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and financial performance.

• Monitor and analyze the financial performance of each organization to identify areas for improvement and maximize profitability.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and regulatory standards across all properties.
