GD ART CONSTRUCTION Administrative Manager in Miami Beach, Florida

Construction company (Miami Beach, Fl) seeks Administrative Manager with experience in planning or coordinating one or more administrative services of an organization such as analyzing internal processes and implementing procedural changes such as supply changes or disposal of records, overseeing purchasing and inventory control for paint and wall finishings, and other office support services. Two(2) years of experience in the job duties. No travel or language fluency required. Duties 1. Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency. 2. Analyze internal processes and recommend and implement procedural changes to improve operations, such as supply changes or the disposal of records. 3. Plan and control budgets for contracts, equipment, and supplies. 4. Oversee purchasing and inventory control for paint and wall finishings. 5. Set goals and deadlines for the department. 6. Develop operational standards and procedures for the department. 7. Establish work procedures or schedules to organize the daily work of administrative staff. 8. Oversee payroll functions. 9. Hire and terminate clerical and administrative personnel. 10. Represent the department at meetings and serve as liaison for requests or complaints. 11. Supervise administrative staff and provide training and orientation to new staff.
