Sparklight System Technician in Miami, Arizona

Description

Explore our System Technician role located in Globe, AZ. Using your telecommunications talents, you will troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions and effect repairs in the following areas: the HFC network and Home Terminal Units (HTUs). You will use electronic test equipment to troubleshoot customer service drops or outlets, diagnose and repair reception performance issues, and resolve all problems from the customer-owned equipment to the node, to connect our customers to what matters most.

*Position will be located in Globe but will service the Globe and Payson area.

What you will need to succeed in this role:

  • AZ driver's license and good driving record

  • A minimum of 6 years broadband install experience

  • Must successfully complete NCTI Fiber Testing and Maintenance course and Cable One Technical Training Center system technician course for position within designated time.

How you will contribute to the Company’s success:

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions and effect repairs in the HFC network and Home Terminal Units (HTUs).
