Senior Test Lead

As a Senior Test Lead at Lionbridge Games, you’ll be an essential part of our mission to deliver epic gaming experiences. Bring your unique skills to help us keep our games at top-notch quality.

What You Will Do:

• Ensuring the quality of assigned projects.

• Prepare Test Plans and Test Cases based on client specifications and prepare reports.

• Analyze test results, bugs, and usability.

• Creation, updating, and maintenance of all project testing documentation, such as test plans, test cases, and progress reports to ensure effective testing coverage throughout the project.

• Serving as the primary point of contact with customers at the project level.

• Manage, lead and mentor test team members.

• Assist in test environment setup and teardown.

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of test data and test documentation.

• Maintaining the project bug database and ensuring the quality of bug reports.

• Assist in coaching junior staff by helping them to make decisions and solve problems and providing feedback on testing-related tasks.

• May manage less experienced test leads.

To Be Successful You Will Have:

• 2-3 years of leading large test teams or similar management position.

• 5+ years of experience in game testing.

• Preferred higher education in technology.

• Experience in dealing with game studios preferred.

• A professional level of proficiency in the English language.

• Ability to prioritize in a complex and fast-paced environment.

• Passion for video games and knowledge of video game market.

• Good interpersonal skills, creativity, efficiency, attention to detail, and good work organization.

• Strong academic or practical knowledge of QA methodologies and tools, software testing standards, strategies, and the software development cycle.

• Demonstrated capability in writing detailed area test plan documents, executing test strategies, and performing exploratory testing.

• Experience testing in an Agile context.

• Working knowledge of Atlassian tool suite e.g. JIRA, Confluence.
