About You:

We are looking for an individual that adapts to the complexity of every day having a totally different challenge, since the planning phase from a project(conceptualization) to the final production and delivery(commercialization). Drive is the key name of the game, we need a resource that finds a way to solve issues the best possible way, even when never things have been done that way!!!

About Role:

Manages programs in Innovation and Brand Change to support new to world growth, brand redesign initiatives, innovations, renovations, sustainability and integrations projects.

Project Budget management, from creation, tracking, implementation to closing project within forecasted expenses.

Work with local and global supplier always looking for the best sourcing strategy in line with procurement recommendation. Being part of Suppliers Performance Management (evaluation) with inputs of supplier’s performance for new products.

Robust P&L understanding, being able to support financial conversation to reduce main offenders of COGS and looking to improve Gross Margin.

The role specifically delivers wide ranging deep technical support to have conversation with Suppliers and Operations.

Risk management capabilities needed to generate robust technical assessment for every project.

Provides creative solutions to commercialization challenges within complex timelines.

Builds great relationships within partners in Supply, Demand, Data, Finance, Operations, Procurement, Innovation and Marketing in order to deliver Innovation/Renovation Pipeline.

Assertive communication with Partner, participating in monthly S&OP´s for global Tequila and weekly forums, providing individual oversight to high complexity programs.

Applies strong project management skills to develop and lead project timelines, addresses technical and resourcing challenges and ensures risk profiles and mitigation plans are developed and executed for each project.

Conducts the technical development/due diligence of packaging components, inclusive of creation/routing/approval of any/all package specifications.

Experience required/Skills/Capabilities/Languages:

University degree required or equivalent experience in a Technical Subject area.

English & Spanish required.

5+ years of experience in product development and change, operations and scientific services, preferably in the beverage/alcohol business or CPG companies.

Strong eye for business, interpersonal and influencing skills.

Consumer Packaging/manufacturing experience required.

Able to implement Capex and engineering driven initiatives.

Experience building financial operating plans.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Computer literate: MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Project. Excellent data management. SAP.

Planview and Gateway tools management.
