Role Overview: As Service Contract Management Agent you will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and optimizing service delivery. You will play a crucial role in maintaining effective relationships with suppliers and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management:

  • Draft, monitor, and review contracts across various verticals and scales.

  • Provide essential contract management services, including resolving conflicts, and renewing contracts.

  • Ensure suppliers conform to contractual terms, SLAs (Service Level Agreements), and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).

  • Identify areas of opportunity for maximizing commercial and service benefits while minimizing risk.

  • Drive continuous improvement in contract management processes

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law, or a related field

  • Up to 2 years of contract management experience

  • Advanced English language to interact with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Understanding of service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Ability to analyze complex contractual terms and identify risks.

  • Attention to Detail

  • Familiarity with healthcare, tech industries is preferable

  • Software Proficiency
