Position Overview:

As a Senior Controller, you will be responsible for Digital Optimization and NCE Controlling for Digital Industries Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with DI Management to streamline digital processes, including database optimization, dashboard coordination and generation, and FinBot projects.

  • Lead the digital transformation within the financial arena of Digital Industries.

  • Work closely with exceptional talents to improve processes.

  • Monitor and implement corrective or improvement measures for our Net Capital Employed positions, including:

  • oInventories

  • oReceivables

  • oVAT

  • oPayables

  • oProvisions and Accruals

  • Manage forecasting of Net Capital Employed positions, including reporting, and variances analytics.

Your Profile:

  • Degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.

  • Extensive professional experience in controlling, with more than 5 years in the field.

  • Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP) and in-depth knowledge of MS Office.

  • Experience managing dashboard and process automation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate, Knime, and Qlik Sense.

  • Proven track record in project management for process improvements within the financial arena.

  • Experience working in international teams.

  • Strong understanding of controlling tools and familiarity with financial KPIs.

  • Flexibility and resilience in a dynamic environment, with a proactive and initiative-driven mindset.

  • High analytical competence, strong commitment, results-oriented focus, confident demeanor, and assertiveness.
