Join Our Team as a People & Organization Business Partner!

Note: In our company, P&O is equivalent to what other organizations refer to as HR (Human Resources).

Position Overview:

As a P&O Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming our business units: Digital Industries, Financial Community, and Central Areas. You’ll be essential in orchestrating and facilitating changes in organizational culture, design, and structure. Acting as a trusted partner, consultant, and advisor, you’ll support the global development of the organization, talent management, transformation, and efficiency.

What Will You Do?

• Collaborate closely with business leaders to align with current and future business strategies.

• Act as a trusted advisor to support organizational development, talent management, and operational efficiency.

• Gain a deep understanding of our Digital Industries/Finance/Central Areas business and contribute to key strategic decisions.

• Shape strategic goals and directions as a key P&O partner.

• Foster a culture of employee engagement and development, leading our transformation journey and empowering individuals to drive change.

• Leverage your influencing skills to lead change and shape the future of our P&O function.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, with extensive experience in P&O.

• 8-10 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources roles, demonstrating strong managerial skills.

• Proven ability to translate business knowledge into successful strategies and people-focused initiatives.

• Skill in influencing leaders and gaining support for new ideas.

• Forward-thinking approach to talent management and succession planning.

• Strong relationship-building skills, with an ability to address diverse stakeholder needs.

• Excellent communication skills, balancing confident expression with active listening.

Location: This position is based in Mexico City.
