Paramount Marketing Sr. Manager in Mexico City, Mexico

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing, Digital Production, and Social Media Lead to spearhead our marketing efforts for our brands in Mexico: MTV, Comedy Central, and Paramount Network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Strategy: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for MTV, Comedy Central, and Paramount Network, ensuring alignment with the companys broader goals in the Latin America North Cone region.

  • Digital Production: Oversee the creation and production of digital content that resonates with the local audience, while maintaining brand consistency and meeting high-quality standards.

  • Social Media Management: Lead and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms, including content creation, community management, and analytics, to drive audience engagement and growth.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing, digital, and social media professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.

  • Budget Management: Develop and oversee budgets for marketing, digital, and social media campaigns, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize ROI.

  • Partnership Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, agencies, and influencers to execute effective marketing campaigns and promotions.

  • Audience Insights: Leverage data and analytics to understand audience behavior and preferences, adjusting strategies as needed to enhance performance.

  • Reporting: Regularly report on campaign performance and metrics to senior management, highlighting successes and identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in marketing, digital production, and social media management, preferably within the media or entertainment industry.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent understanding of digital content creation and social media trends.

  • Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
