Title and Summary

Manager, Product Management

Overview:

Manger will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing loyalty solutions and benefit programs for Mexico.

Role:

The essential responsibilities of the position are as follows:

This position will be responsible for Loyalty P&L, ensuring that the strategy defined by the Loyalty Sales Team and the Loyalty Manager is executed properly.

Manager responsible for ensuring client satisfaction throughout the execution of assigned loyalty programs or accounts; shepherds the program lifecycle through proactive client management, and ongoing support providing subject matter expertise.

Manage the overall relationship with different issuers, business partner and vendors, not only on the day-to-day activities but also in defining mid- and long-term strategies to grow the loyalty business towards the accomplishment of Mastercard goals.

All About You:

• +3 years’ experience from Loyalty Programs (points/cashback loyalty programs) for banking, airlines or retail loyalty programs.

• Desirable knowledge in benefits, assistances and insurances programs as loyalty initiatives.

• Experience working in a strategic, cross functional role collaborating with multiple teams in different geographies

• Fluency in English

• Desirable experience in knowledge of analytics software (ex.Tableau, Power BI)

• Commercial Mindset and Customer first-focus

• Analytical and insights driven (to drive through growth strategies)

• Strong communication & negotiation skills – comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various organizational levels

• Strong, internal drive, results driven and willingness to learn and feed the organization with new insights

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
