ICON Clinical Research Learning & Development Coordinator in Mexico City, Mexico

The role:

Working as part of the global ICON University, you will provide support for the development and delivery of learning and development solutions to meet the identified needs of ICON’s employees at all levels, enabling them to develop and grow as trusted partners to all our customers, external and internal. To support the ICON Learning management system by providing timely customer service via ICON’s help desk application.

Some responsibilities:

• Provide programme support as assigned

• Provide support for external and internal audits and/or client requests for training documentation on study staff including preparation of employee reports (training histories or learning plans when requested) and provision of scanned or actual paper files, when necessary.

• Maintain departmental files, as necessary

• Mentor and coach other Learning and development coordinators as required

• Provide timely and professional customer service via ICON’s help desk application.

• Provide support for ICON systems that promote learning and development.

• Generate reports as necessary.

What you need?

•Bachelor's degree

•Advanced English Level

•LMS experience

•Office experience

Nice to have:

•Experience with ServiceNow or other help desk system.
