The Application Engineer - Prepress is responsible for the daily onsite support of our customers and will be located in CDMX or Guadalajara.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Provide highly remote software support to customers in Mexico and LATAM.

  • Become the technical expert on Esko Color Solutions.

  • On-site implementations of Esko Color Solutions.

  • Manage customer support activities.

  • Provide software trainings.

  • Prepare application notes and technical support materials.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design (or similar)

  • Background in PrePress - 3 or more years experience

  • Knowledge IT Basics

  • Strong analytical skills, quick learner and expert troubleshooter

  • Ability to travel 60-70%% of the time by airplane or vehicle
