Job Title: Account Manager (Mexico City)

As Account manager you will be responsible for lead and manage local accounts to grow revenue and profitability according to objectives, by establishing DSM- Firmenich as the clients’ key partner, winning projects, and selling profitably flavors & ingredients.

Your key responsibilities

• Maximize sales opportunities via an account plan

• Efficient project management to deliver high win rate and risk management to minimize the impact

• Ensure open communications with marketing & technical department so that customer requirements are appropriately communicated and satisfied; Ensure transparent and effective communication for solutions across different departments, e.g. customer care, supply chain, quality etc.

• Negotiate with client favorable commercial terms (e.g. payment terms, prices and price conditions, order pattern etc) and price increase based on the division/team pricing objectives and strategy

• Provides clients with general and specific information on product concepts, submission documents and presentations.

• Monitor client satisfaction and initiate corrective action where needed.

• Client Satisfaction (supplier survey & KPIs).

• Cash management - Account receivables of assigned customers.
