Demonstrable experience in retail management, including experience in coaching, counseling and developing people
Great sales and customer service skills
Enthusiasm and passion about sports and/or sports fashion
Digital/computer skills including diverse social media platforms, retail business systems and Microsoft Office, and an ability to use social media in a professional capacity
Excellent project management, communication and social skills with an ability to interact with a diverse community
Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed

As our Nike Consumer Experience Coach (Department Manager) your mission will be to create an environment that will provide a premium consumer and employee experience. You will research, partner with and inspire the local community by organizing events and creating brand experience connections, and implement/execute programs to drive business results.
Responsibilities
Organize and manage events to inspire the local community: research for partners, represent the Nike brand and advocate Nike Running Club/Nike Training Club and services
Create and elevate consumer experience by digitally communicating the brand and sharing expertise on latest product trends
Lead and inspire associates within a designated area, giving the team a common purpose, prioritizing what matters and inspiring with the power of the brand
Identify issues and opportunities based on selling and consumer feedback
Seek ongoing training and education to further develop expertise
