For our HR team in Metzingen, we are looking for a HR Operations Coordinator / HR Operations Specialist* - fixed term for 2 years (m/f/d).

Your tasks:

• Payroll preparation activities & liaising with external payroll providers for assigned countries (main priority Germany)

• Coordinating benefits renewals and assisting respective administration for Germany and for other countries as assigned

• Time and attendance systems administration and support for assigned EMEA countries

• Various reporting

• Support for audit and compliance activities

• General HR administration duties

Your profile:

• Degree in HR (related) subject or equivalent educational qualification

• Previous / multi-year HR administration and/or payroll & benefits administration experience

• Very good German and English language skills

• Very good computer skills, for example Microsoft Office

• HRIS & time and attendance system experience

• International team player flexible to support HR Operations
