\"Our well known retail client is looking to hire a Marketing Automation Specialist in a long term freelance capacity! This role is fully remote, 40 hours a week and will go for at least 6 months. This is an exciting opportunity to support the digital marketing and brands teams to execute data migration programs into Marketo where businesses will activate automated nurturing programs and email marketing campaigns! Marketing Automation Specialist Requirements: -at least 3 years of Marketo experience (previous experience supporting a Marketo data migration from a legacy system is highly preferred). -Salesforce CRM and Adobe CDP experience is a plus! Marketing Automation Specialist Responsibilities: -Planning and building nurture streams, managing one-off emails, and building/maintaining landing pages for events, webinars, email sequences, etc.-Form creation management, field mapping, and work with team to sync with Salesforce CRM systems form creation and management includes integrations with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).-Support the generation and implementation of test strategies, including A/B testing to drive qualified traffic and revenue-building activities improvements that could potentially increase conversions-Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of programs-Mapping and creation of automation to support multi-channel attributionCreative Circle\'s Freelance Employee benefits package includes eligibility for Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) medical plan, dental/vision/term life package, discount prescription program, critical illness, accident, tele-behavioral health, and 401(k) plan.
