Job Description
The Manager, Field Planning & IC is a role which will aid in facilitating and leading the collaboration efforts needed for supporting Franchise V organization in Oncology. The Manager, Field Planning & IC will manage the compensation and field planning needs for the Franchise V teams, and executing appropriate communications to our vertical/sales colleagues, along with continuously contributing creative ideas. The role is also responsible for acting as liaison between Franchise Teams, Commercial Operations, Center of Excellence, IT, Training, OEC, and Legal. This position influences cross-functional teams to align on franchise strategy to incorporate into IC and Field Planning.
The position is a part of the Field Planning & Analytics Team which drives field force effectiveness by optimizing our sales force size and structure, ensuring our IC designs are driving the right behavior, and ensuring our call plans, field tools and operations provide our field teams with what they need to drive the business in their markets. This position reports into Madeline Bond.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Ensure quality and timeliness of key deliverables and embrace the idea of participating in workstreams, acting as the key point of contact.
Effectively prioritize across competing projects, maintaining constant flow of communication with customers and demonstrating strong project management abilities. Such projects include: indication launches, field planning sizing exercises, product launch planning, SPIFFS, etc.
Proactively identify areas of opportunity to enhance/improve existing process/outputs
Effectively manage vendor partnerships (timelines, budget, communications) with specific projects and initiatives.
Serve as liaison between Franchise V teams, FPAT CoE Teams, Training, and Franchise teams to partner in the design, deployment, training, maintenance and communications of incentive compensation and field planning needs.
Provide reporting and analytics on IC and Field Planning to business Director and Associate Director level stakeholders.
Qualifications
BA, BS degree required. BA/BS required to ensure effective understanding and application of business concepts.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management (including leadership of a significant cross-functional project), marketing or sales operations or information technology.
3 plus years analytical and/or Commercial operations experience required, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Preferred knowledge of pharmaceutical industry, compliance regulations and standards
Able to manage multiple tasks/priorities simultaneously with sense of urgency.
Strong project management, problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to clearly and confidently articulate complex and difficult concepts to a broad client base, including senior leadership, sales leadership, and other high-level contacts
Ability to work cross-functionally, in a matrix environment, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders (verticals, COE, brand teams)
Self-starter with strong focus on internal and external customers and operations
Identifies opportunities to improve efficiencies to better serve business needs.
Seeks out diverse and different ideas and fosters collaborative team environment.
Preferred experience in either incentive compensation or field planning

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
