Description
We are on the lookout for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team located in Methuen, Massachusetts. In this role, you will primarily focus on attracting medical professionals, strategizing recruitment plans, assessing candidates, and maintaining accurate records. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity within the healthcare industry.
MUST BE BILINGUAL AND FLUENT IN SPANISH
Responsibilities:
• Attract top-tier medical professionals through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to meet our specific needs.
• Screen and interview potential candidates, conducting comprehensive assessments of their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system, ensuring compliance with all applicable hiring regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with HR team members and hiring managers to streamline the hiring process and maintain efficient communication channels.
• Promote our organization as an employer of choice within the medical community, participating in job fairs, conferences, and other relevant events to enhance our employer brand presence.
• Utilize Spanish language skills to cater to our bilingual patient base.
• Oversee patient care coordination in a medical office setting.
Requirements • Proficiency in managing medical office operations and administration.
• Fluency in Spanish language, both written and spoken.
• Experience in Spanish translation, particularly in a medical context.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate patient care services effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients, their families, and medical staff.
• Knowledge of medical terms and procedures.
• Proficiency in using medical software for record keeping and patient management.
• Ability to handle confidential patient information with discretion.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Commitment to providing high-quality customer service to patients.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address patient care issues promptly.
• Excellent communication skills to convey information effectively to patients and medical staff.
