We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Patient Care Coordinator in our healthcare organization located in Methuen, Massachusetts. As a Patient Care Coordinator, your primary role will be to manage recruitment efforts, develop recruitment strategies, assess potential candidates, and maintain strong relationships with candidates. You will also ensure compliance with hiring regulations and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.

Must be bilingual in Spanish / English

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract top-tier medical professionals.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the organization's needs.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and devise targeted recruitment plans.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit to ensure the best possible match for the organization.

• Build and nurture strong relationships with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable hiring regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.

• Streamline the hiring process and maintain efficient communication channels by working closely with HR team members and hiring managers.

• Promote the organization as an employer of choice within the medical community.

• Participate in job fairs, conferences, and other relevant events to enhance the organization's brand presence.

Requirements • Holds a degree in nursing, healthcare administration, or related field

• Proven experience in a patient care coordinator role or similar position in a healthcare setting

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms

• Understanding and experience in full cycle recruiting processes

• Proven track record in executing successful recruiting activities and events

• Knowledge of recruiting functions and industry best practices

• Experience in high volume recruitment and sourcing strategies

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Proficiency in using computer software and systems relevant to the role

• Demonstrable commitment to patient care and satisfaction

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team as well as independently

• Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and challenges

• Must adhere to all privacy and confidentiality standards as per healthcare regulations

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and medical terminologies

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.
