Bridgecrest Needs a Vendor Management Specialist

That’s Nice, But What’s the Job?

In short, the Vendor Management Specialist will serve as a liaison between vendors throughout Loss Mitigation and internal teams. This includes assisting with account inquiries, fee approvals, invoicing, and discussions on contracted expectations.

In long, you will:

  • Assist with vendor inquiries in the following areas: bankruptcy servicing and replevins

  • Be involved in the onboarding process of new vendors, as well as create and execute policies and procedures

  • Complete frequent audits for each vendor to ensure compliance adherence

  • Review, audit and submit invoices for payment for vendors on applicable services

  • Follow-up with vendors regarding contracted SLAs and performance trends

  • Ensure confidentiality of the company’s operations, portfolio, customer information, and computer technology.

  • Navigate through multiple software windows

  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

The Specifics.

  • High School Diploma

  • Experience in bankruptcy servicing, replevins, or legal processes

  • Must be self-motivated with strong decision making and problem-solving abilities

  • Must be comfortable working in a call center environment

  • Professional and persuasive communication skills
