Summary:

This role primarily focuses on project management within electrical distribution, with a strong emphasis on lighting, switchgear, and new construction projects . The position involves working with municipalities, contractors, and industry partners to coordinate material procurement, scheduling, and delivery. Additionally, the role includes inside sales responsibilities , such as maintaining customer relationships, processing orders, and supporting business growth. Prior electrical distribution experience is strongly preferred .

Reports to: PC Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

• Customer service experience.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

• Electrical distribution experience strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Working Conditions:

This role operates primarily in an office setting but involves coordination with warehouse personnel. Standard office equipment is used, and occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs. may be required.

Essential Job Functions:

Project Management Responsibilities:

• Oversee project material procurement and ensure timely delivery to job sites.

• Maintain and update shipping schedules, coordinating closely with customers and vendors.

• Work with municipalities, contractors, and industry partners on new construction projects.

• Manage lighting and switchgear orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.

• Accurately process and bill for project materials.

• Collaborate with outside sales and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

  Inside Sales Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.

• Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with municipal clients, contractors, and other key accounts.

• Stay up to date on product offerings, with a focus on lighting, switchgear, and related electrical materials.

• Assist with quoting, order tracking, and problem resolution as needed.

Compensation Range:

The compensation range for this position is $20 to $25 hourly.
