Responsibilities
Under general supervision is responsible for the delivery and documentation of pharmaceutical care provided to patients using the medication use process (selecting prescribing dispensing administration and monitoring of medications)
Qualifications
One year hospital experience preferred
Strong clinical pharmacy skills
Previous experience with Hospital Pharmacy computer systems preferred
Current Arizona Pharmacist License in good standing required
Pay Range
$51.66 - $74.91 /hour
